At Jet Members we only ever use aircraft licensed for commercial operations. What's more, unlike other private jet charter companies it's our standard procedure to only offer jet rental on aircraft manufactured younger than 2004.

Suitable for up to 8 passengers, generally wider and taller than Very Light Jets (non-standing), with a small enclosed lavatory as standard. Cold catering options provided.

SERVICE, SAFETY & COMPLIANCE

We know service and safety is paramount when electing an operator. Our membership options allow you to flex your choices as market conditions evolve – so you are never stuck in a program on an ever aging fleet of aircraft, and you have the choice of specific aircraft each time. Booking flights has never been easier.
AOC & INSURANCE
All aircraft provided to our members shall hold as a minimum requirement third-party liability insurance and an Air Operator Certificate (AOC), a document that an airline or operator is required to hold before operating commercial air transport flights.
REPUTABLE
AIRLINES
Jet Members will only use airlines with a consistent record of service, with a valid Commercial Air Operators Certificate. As standard protocol we don’t offer aircraft older than 2004, and ensure they have met the independent safety requirements of Argus Gold or Wingman Wyvern Approved Status.

OPERATE
Unless stated, our Protected Hourly Rate programs operate within Europe and the United Kingdom. Our Pre-Paid Fund Accounts and Fly Now Requests provide coverage for the rest of the world.
CATERING
IN FLIGHT SERVICES
We agree that when you charter a private jet, catering should be included within the cost. Therefore, wherever possible, members have the choice of electing catering options suited to their needs, as well as facilities on board the aircraft, inclusive of the quoted price to improve flight experience.
Limitations or additions may apply for short notice trips or rarity items, but we endeavour to always provide whatever you need.
PERSONAL ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
Delivering a truly tailored, personal service, Jet Members allocates a dedicated private Account Manager to handle each of your requests from enquiry to landing.
This dedicated person assists with enquiries, airline price negotiation, airport and private charter aircraft information, catering requests, flight watching and movement messages and a host of ancillary services. It is like having an aviation valet at your beck and call.

We know using private aviation is about convenience and privacy, and we can provide you with information on any airport around the requested departure and arrival, suited to your needs.
