Avoiding a fixed rate every time saves you from being overcharged
All of our membership programs work on the basis of providing clients with a calculated ‘maximum hourly rate’ tailored to their requirements.
So when prices provided are lower than the maximum tailored hourly rate, the savings earned are returned to your account, which can be used for additional flying upgrades or ancillary services. Ergo, you never pay over the average market price.
Your maximum hourly rate protects you from peak market pricing
Provided the terms of your agreement are met (e.g. notice period, daily minimum flight time etc.) members are protected from seasonal peak variations in the market prices, with an agreed maximum hourly rate set out at the beginning of the agreement.

So when market demand is high at the time of your request, Jet Members will cover the difference between the maximum hourly rate and the actual hourly rate.
If market demand is low at the time of the request, the member receives the market rate only, and the difference between the maximum hourly rate payable and the actual price paid is returned to the member's account, avoiding overspending.
AIRCRAFT RECOVERY PROTECTION
If a problem occurs with the aircraft prior to your flight, Jet Members will have your back
Irrespective of the best practices and endeavours that are applied to private aviation, on occasion, and like any machine, there may be a fault prior to flight which can prevent it going ahead.
It’s careful to note what can happen in these scenarios - some airlines may offer an alternative solution, but others may cancel the flight under the conditions outside of their control without any recourse, leaving the client without an aircraft or back-up plan. In this event if a substitute aircraft is needed, any additional costs of a replacement may be at the cost of the charterer.

With our experience in the industry and commitment to our members, if in the event of a mechanical fault affecting your departure, we will automatically cover the member up to 40%* more of any additional charge from the initially agreed charter cost, through our own Jet Members Flight Protection (JMFP).

AIRCRAFT DE-ICING COVER
Providing reassurance in cold weather conditions
If you have used private aviation previously, you may be aware in the cold winter months aircraft on occasion may require de-icing, to some degree, prior to departure.
As the quantity of de-icing needed is dependant on the weather, aircraft size and airport service fees, there isn’t a simple answer as to how much this can cost.
Most other charter companies and brokerages will state under a typical charter agreement, that the cost of de-icing is your responsibility so it is important to be protected.

It can also take potentially many months after the trip has been completed for these costs to be recharged back to you, leaving you quite literally out in the cold.

To alleviate these concerns, Jet Members can protect members from these unexpected and unwelcome costs with Jet Members De-icing Protection Program (JMDP).

JMDP is a protection against any associated de-icing charges throughout your trip, and will pay out for the first EUR 250, 500, 1000 cost of de-icing, depending on what is selected in your tailored membership program.

Use the force
It is not a secret to say that anyone providing any service likes the assurance of a serious buyer, and airlines are no different.
With Jet Members, your membership enables you to have a stronger position when working with any airline versus the ad hoc agreement approach, without the need to pause the confirmation process whilst awaiting agreement and transfer of funds.
Unlike a traditional airline jet card / loyalty program, members are not constrained to one aircraft type or airline, and therefore retain the ability to use market conditions favourably for themselves. This means you can take advantage of transient availability, empty leg discounts, new aircraft & operators which enter the market, without being tied to any ongoing commitments or operator.
FUND PROTECTION
Members’ funds are held independently of our working capital
As a guarantee to our members we follow this code of conduct:

Jet Members shall not use clients’ funds as working capital

All members' funds shall be held independently of our working capital

Jet Members will not charge a membership sign up, or monthly management fee

Full payment to the operator shall only be made 72 working hours prior to flight (a deposit however may be required to secure the aircraft and apply for permits and other associated flight costs)

Where stated in the agreement, if the member wishes to withdraw any remaining funds on their account, less any pending costs or charges otherwise incurred from any booked charter flights, they will be returned to the initial account
