Members’ funds are held independently of our working capital
Flying with Jet Members gives you full access to the charter market not just a limited fleet. With the freedom of using the right aircraft/operator for every flight performed your funds are never vested into one operation.

As a guarantee to our members, we follow this code of conduct:

Jet Members shall not use clients’ funds as working capital.

All members' funds shall be held independently of our working capital.

Jet Members will not charge a membership sign up, or monthly management fee - any deposits recieved are never subject to expiry or forfeit.

Full payment to the operator shall only be made 72 working hours prior to flight (a deposit however may be required to secure the aircraft and apply for permits and other associated flight costs)

Where stated in the agreement, if the member wishes to withdraw any remaining funds on their account, less any pending costs or charges otherwise incurred from any booked charter flights, they will be returned to the initial account.
